The new postgraduate programme of the International Hellenic University, the “MA in Cultural Environment and Archaeology of the Greek World”, focuses on the environment, technology, economy and society in the Ancient Greek World. At the same time, as modern archaeology is seeing important changes due to the application of scientific techniques to the analysis of archaeological materials, the students will get acquainted with methodology modules, such as archaeometry, geoarchaeology, experimental archaeology, GIS, as well as maritime archaeology and excavation methods, developing thus the logic of cooperation and collaboration of archaeology with science and technology.
