Visit at the Museum of the Macedonian Struggle, January 2012

Dr. Photis Βaroutsos and the students of the MA in Black Sea Cultural Studies programme visited the Museum of the Macedonian Struggle. The Dean of the School of Humanities, Professor Basil Gounaris, who worked for the Museum some years ago, also joined the group and highlighted some particular points of interest. The visit was organized to coordinate with the course "Contemporary Political & Diplomatic History of the Black Area Region".

International Hellenic University welcomed the students of the new academic year and offered them a chance to know Thessaloniki better. Students of all 3 School enjoyed a guided tour to the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki, the Museum of Byzantine Culture and the White Tower of Thessaloniki.
